Email [email protected] and put the game's name in the subject line. This is a small studio, so a reply can take a few days. There is no account system behind any of the games, which means there is nothing for us to look up about you: tell us the whole story in the first message.
Common questions
I paid to remove the ads and they came back
Tap Restore on the game's menu. That asks Google Play what your account owns and reapplies it. The game also does that check by itself every time it starts, so this usually fixes itself.
Two things stop it working. You have to be signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase, and the app has to have come from Google Play. If Restore still finds nothing, email us with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
I lost my progress
The save lives on your phone and nowhere else. We hold no copy, so there is no backup for us to send you. Uninstalling the game deletes it, and so does clearing the app's storage. A new phone starts from scratch.
Purchases are the exception. Those are held by your Google account, so Restore brings back the ad removal and any skins on any device you sign in on.
The daily puzzle is not the one my friend has
The daily is built from the date on your device, so everyone playing on the same local date gets the same puzzle. If your phone's date or time zone is off, you will get a different day's puzzle from everyone around you. Crossing the date line can hand you the same day twice, which is harmless.
The streak counts days you completed the daily, not days you opened the game. Playing it twice in one day neither doubles the streak nor breaks it. The second run is just a shot at a better time.
How do I change my ad consent choice?
Where the choice applies to you, the game's menu has a Privacy options button that reopens Google's consent form, and you can accept, decline or change individual purposes there. Google decides who that button is shown to, based on where the device is. If you cannot see it, the choice does not currently apply where you are, and Google requires it to be hidden in that case.
Separately from the game, Android has its own controls under Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, where you can reset or delete the advertising identifier and opt out of ads personalization for every app at once.
The rewarded ad will not load
Ad fill is never 100%, and from inside a game a network with no ads on it looks exactly like a tunnel with no signal. So the game does not punish you for it: when nothing loads, it hands you the hint or the extra try free a few times a day, and if the failures keep coming it says so rather than pretending.
Things to try: check the connection, then restart the game. If you bought the ad removal, those extras are yours without an ad at all.
Leaderboards and achievements are not showing
Those come from Google Play Games. They need the Google Play Games app on the phone, a Google account with a Play Games profile, and a sign-in you did not decline. None of it is required to play, and skipping it costs you nothing else in the game.
Scores and unlocks you earn while signed out are kept on your device and sent the next time you sign in, so nothing is lost by playing offline for a week. If sign-in keeps failing, email us with the game name, your phone model and your Android version.
I want a refund
Google Play takes the payment, so Google Play handles the refund. Go to play.google.com/store/account or open the Play Store app, find the order, and request it there. We never receive your payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the game removes everything it stored on your phone. For the advertising identifier, the ad consent choice and anything Google Play Games is holding, the routes are listed in the privacy policy under Deleting your data.
Is there a version for iPhone, or a web version?
Not right now. Android and Google Play is all we publish.
Reporting a bug
The games carry no crash reporter and no analytics. That is a choice we made about your data, and it has one real cost: a bug nobody reports is a bug we never hear about. If something is broken, telling us is the only way it gets fixed.
What helps, roughly in order:
- The game name and its version. Android Settings, then Apps, then the game, shows the version at the bottom.
- Your phone model and Android version.
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. Steps that make it happen again are the most useful thing in the message.
- Whether it happens every time or once in a while.
- Whether you are signed in to Play Games, and whether you have bought the ad removal. Both change which code runs.
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or anything else sensitive. We never need them, and an email is not the place for them.
