What this app uses
| Service | Used | What it does here |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Yes | A full-screen ad after a finished game, not after every one and never after a loss, a banner across the top of the screen, plus rewarded ads you choose to watch. |
| Google Play Billing | Yes | One-off purchases: remove_ads and one skin pack, skin_tiles. Nothing else,
and no subscriptions. |
| Play Games sign-in, leaderboards and achievements | No | Not connected. The game has seven leaderboards and ten achievements built in but no Play Games project, so it never signs in and sends nothing to Play Games. Scores and unlocks wait in the save on the device. |
| Play Games cloud saves | No | This game keeps its save on the device and nowhere else. |
| Analytics, crash reporting, ad networks other than AdMob | No | None are built into the app. |
Status as of 3 October 2026. Mahjong Cygnus is not on Google Play yet. This page is updated when it ships and whenever what it uses changes.
What it stores on your device
One save, in the app's private storage, under the key
mahjong.save.v1. It holds the game in progress, best results, the daily
calendar and streak, which skins you own, your settings and whether you have bought
the ad removal, along with any leaderboard score or achievement waiting to go to
Google. None of it is sent to us, and uninstalling the app deletes it. The same list,
in the general form, is in the policy.
The rest of it
Everything else, meaning what Google receives, the consent form for players in the EEA and the UK, purchases, Play Games, children's data, your rights and how to delete things, is in the one policy that covers every game on this site.
